Hi! I'm Gurleen Hansi, a curious and observant designer that is intrigued by the intersection of design, technology and ideas and keen on exploring ways to challenge the notion of space and barriers for global accessibility. As a product designer, my goal is to create work that is meaningful to peoples’ lives on both a large and small scale.
I am currently completing my fourth year in the York/Sheridan design program. Last summer I was a UX/UI intern at FFunction in Montreal and a visual design intern at Akendi in Toronto. My interest lies in combining research, storytelling and interactive design to craft engaging experiences for users. As an interdisciplinary designer, I am always keen on learning new skills, tools and emerging technologies to expand my knowledge and skill set.
When I'm not designing, I'm usually chasing after a bus, watching dog videos, and eating all the dessert I can find.
